Adding Logos – Prices
Transparent, straightforward pricing for embroidery and print customisation. The more you order, the less you pay per garment.
Every personalised order is made up of three simple parts: the garment itself, a one-off setup charge for new designs, and the application cost for adding your logo or text to each item. Application costs reduce as quantities increase, so bigger orders mean better value per piece.
All decoration prices shown below are per application, per garment, and exclude VAT. Each logo position counts as one application — so if you want a logo on the left chest and a design on the back, that’s two applications per garment.

About high stitch counts
High stitch count surcharge applies to embroidery designs exceeding 20,000 stitches. Most standard logos fall well within this limit — the surcharge only applies to unusually large or highly detailed embroidered designs. We'll always let you know before production if your design is affected.
Setup Charges
A one-off charge to convert your artwork into a production-ready format for our machines. You only pay this once — repeat orders using the same design are not charged again.

Once we've set up your design, it's saved to your account. Order again any time without paying the setup charge — whether that's next week or next year.
