    Brian started IPM Teamwear in the early 2000's. He has worked within the industry for over 20 years. His leadership and experience ensure IPM deliver an unrivalled service.

  • Callum Samson I Head Of Operations

    Callum has worked at IPM for over 7 years. Callum understands the intricacies of the business. His role is to develop a strategy to develop the business alongside the Managing Director.

  • Daniel Dodd I Production and Quality Control Lead

    Now in his second year at the business Daniel oversees production. He ensures all garments match our threshold for quality control and ensures production deadlines are met.

How Do I Collect From The Store?

When at the checkout, enter the discount code 'collect' and the delivery charge will be taken off. We will then notify you via email or text when your order is ready to be collected.

Can I return An Item If It Has Been Personalised?

Unless the item was damaged when you received it we cannot replace personalised items. Please refer to our returns policy for more information.

My Child Attends Hilton Primary Spencer Academy, How Do I Get Free Delivery?

Simply add the discount code 'freeschool' to the discount box and we will strive to deliver your order as fast as possible. Unfortunately we only offer Free Delivery to Hilton Primary due to a long lasting relationship with the school.
